Photography and Publicity Release

I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant (or participant if 18 years of age or older), hereby grant the New Holstein Baseball/Softball Association (NHBSA) the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to photograph, record, and/or otherwise capture the likeness, image, voice, and appearance of the participant during practices, games, events, and activities associated with the program.

I authorize NHBSA to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and modify such photographs, video recordings, and other media, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational, fundraising, marketing, and publicity purposes, in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the NHBSA website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other communications.

I understand and agree that:

• Such media may be used without compensation to the participant or family.
• NHBSA shall have no obligation to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.
• All media becomes the property of NHBSA.
• This release shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless otherwise required by law.

I hereby release and hold harmless NHBSA, its officers, directors, board members, coaches, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of such media, including claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.
